The IJsselmeer park is located on the Vooroever, a special location separated from the IJsselmeer by a dike. The park itself has a swimming pool. And just outside the dike, the recreational beach with beach pavilion "De Zoete Zee" awaits, one of the coziest spots in the region for a day by the water. From your own jetty, you can sail directly onto the open water, towards the Kleine Vliet, the Grote Vliet — and via the lock onto the IJsselmeer. Amsterdam, Alkmaar, Hoorn, and Enkhuizen are all within reach by water and by road.

LAYOUT

Ground floor:

The water villa dates from 2003, is of the more spacious type II, and has a living area of approximately 95 m² on a plot of no less than 343 m² of private land. The house is fully insulated, painted externally in 2025, and offered fully furnished and upholstered.
The layout is spread over two floors and an attic. Downstairs you will find the living room with double garden doors to the garden, an open kitchen, and an indoor utility room and storage. Upstairs are three bedrooms and a spacious bathroom. There is a parking space on your own driveway at the front.

The living room is bright and spacious, with double garden doors that open directly onto the backyard and the waterway. On sunny days, the garden connects seamlessly with the living room, blurring the lines between indoors and outdoors. The open kitchen is directly adjacent to the living room. All necessary appliances are present. Cooking here is not a chore — it's part of life on the water.

First floor:

The house offers three full-sized bedrooms on the first floor, providing space for a family, guests, or a combination of sleeping and working. Each bedroom has its own character and ample space for a good bed and wardrobe.
