Upon entering, you enter the shared hallway, which provides access to the shared living room. There is also a separate toilet in the hallway. From the living room, the spacious backyard is accessible. The kitchen is equipped with an extractor hood, induction hob, combination oven, and refrigerator. On the ground floor is the bedroom with an area of 13.48 m². The bathroom is located on the first floor. The common areas are shared with two other residents.

Rent and deposit:
The rent for the room is €647.00 (excluding). The tenant is responsible for signing contracts for the other utilities.
