It is about a ten-minute drive to the center of Tilburg, while the N65 and A58 provide excellent connections to Eindhoven, Breda, and ’s-Hertogenbosch. A bus stop is located nearby.

Layout

Upon entering the hallway, you find the modern hanging toilet and the stairs to the first floor.
The bright L-shaped living room features plenty of natural daylight and authentic details such as stained glass windows at the front and side. The existing wood stove creates a cozy atmosphere but is not in use during the rental period.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and a small dining table with four chairs. From the kitchen, there is access to the cellar and the backyard.
