The northern part of Kerkrade, where this project will be realized, is an area full of history, both culturally and of course due to its mining heritage. It is a wooded green landscape where you can enjoy nature while walking or cycling.

The residential facilities on this side of Kerkrade are optimal with a wide range of shops for daily groceries and various sports facilities.

With public transport, you can easily move within Parkstad. Additionally, you can quickly reach Heerlen, Maastricht, or Aachen (Germany) via the access roads.

The layout of the house consists of:

Ground floor: entrance / hall with meter cupboard and a half-tiled toilet room with a floating toilet and sink. The living room is situated at the rear of the house, providing optimal contact with the garden through a window section and a door to the backyard. The living room has a handy staircase cupboard and is in open connection with the kitchen, which is located at the front – street side – of the house.

The open kitchen is equipped with a light kitchen setup with sink, dishwasher, induction hob, and extractor hood. The kitchen has a large window section that offers a nice view of the street scenery.
