LOCATION The fully furnished home is centrally located between Amsterdam, Utrecht, Amersfoort (25 minutes drive) and Hilversum (5-10 minutes drive). The house is situated in a rural area in Loosdrecht, surrounded by the Oostelijke Vechtplassen nature reserve. The popular Loosdrecht Lakes with various water sports and beaches are a few minutes’ drive away. Supermarkets and essential shops in the village itself, 2 km away. Hollandsche Rading train station at 5 km, Hilversum Central Station at 8 km. Various restaurants are on the nearby Oud-Loosdrechtsedijk. Many shops, more restaurants, cafés, schools, etc. can be found in Hilversum, also easily accessible by bus.

LAYOUT The house is located on a quiet dead-end side street of the Nieuw-Loosdrechtsedijk, with the special neighbors being the Castle-Museum Sypesteyn. At the end of the street, two private parking spaces are available. Through the paved front garden, you reach the front door. From the spacious hall, you can access the separate toilet, the stair cupboard, the living room, and stairs to the first floor. On the left side of the wide, luxurious living room is the cozy seating area with, among other things, a large corner sofa and a television with Sonos soundbar. In the center of the living room are two armchairs around the wood stove and opposite the piano. The French doors in the kitchen provide access to the front garden.

Through the French doors on both the left and right sides of the living room, you come into the (11 meters wide!) back garden. In the course of spring, the garden will be completely enclosed by an old hedge. It is divided into several parts, including a seating area and a dining area.

On the first floor, you reach the two bedrooms, bathroom, and laundry room via the landing. The laundry room is hidden behind two doors and equipped with a washing machine and dryer. The stylish bathroom has a freestanding bathtub, shower, double sink, and toilet. The large master bedroom occupies the entire depth of the house, with windows at both the front and back. The bedroom is furnished with a 200x200 cm double bed, linen closet, and built-in wardrobes on both sides with plenty of space for clothes.
