LOCATION The fully furnished home is centrally located between Amsterdam, Utrecht, Amersfoort (25 minutes drive) and Hilversum (5-10 minutes drive). The house is situated in a rural area in Loosdrecht, surrounded by the Oostelijke Vechtplassen nature reserve. The popular Loosdrecht Lakes with various water sports and beaches are a few minutes’ drive away. Supermarkets and essential shops in the village itself, 2 km away. Hollandsche Rading train station at 5 km, Hilversum Central Station at 8 km. Various restaurants are on the nearby Oud-Loosdrechtsedijk. Many shops, more restaurants, cafés, schools, etc. can be found in Hilversum, also easily accessible by bus.

LAYOUT The house is located on a quiet dead-end side street of the Nieuw-Loosdrechtsedijk, with the special neighbors being the Castle-Museum Sypesteyn. At the end of the street, two private parking spaces are available. Through the paved front garden, you reach the front door. From the spacious hall, you can access the separate toilet, the stair cupboard, the living room, and stairs to the first floor.
