Standing charge: € 30 per month.
One-time: final cleaning € 150 and deposit € 1,000.
Dogs are allowed in a limited number of Cypress bungalows, only upon request.
Pet surcharge: € 30 per pet per month.
Registration with the municipality is not possible!!
