Located in the most beautiful street of Noordwijk-Binnen, is this beautiful restored monumental 18th-century Nobleman’s house with a coach house, gym and a separate apartment with its own entrance. Spacious, beautifully landscaped back garden with heated natural swimming pool, carport, parking, courtyard and two entrance gates onto the Voorstraat plus an automatic gate on the Offemweg.
The spacious stately mansion has been completely restored and renovated by the current owners from 2018 to 2021 with passion and taste. Suitable for double occupancy and/or home office, the location is unique on a spacious plot of private land of 1,745m². Living area approx. 690m² and volume approx. 2,966m³.

A very special and rare jewel with surprising spaces and many authentic details such as monumental moldings, wall paintings, ceiling ornaments in several rooms, shutters and marble accents.

Layout:
Platform stairs to entrance and vestibule. Spacious hallway with beautiful wall paintings and art hanging system over the entire length of the house, which divides the building into right and left sides. The right-hand side has a sitting room, media room (with Samsung Frame TV) and kitchen/diner, which are connected by en-suite doors. The left side has a billiard room and an office. Between the two rooms is the old kitchen (mudroom) with Aga stove, access to a small hall with outside door and door to the cellar and wine cellar. The sitting room, media room, kitchen diner, office and kitchen are equipped with a fireplace, with or without a flue. Toilet room with toilet and fountain. The monumental stairwell provides access to a storage room or panic room halfway up the landing stairs.

First floor:
Landing, master bedroom with fireplace and spacious separate closet. Adjacent bathroom with separate toilet, bath, double shower with Sunshower and double sink. Access from the landing to the indoor apartment. This apartment is also accessible via its own entrance. Living room with open kitchen and fireplace. 1 spacious bedroom with Samsung Frame TV and built-in wardrobes and 2nd room with sofa bed. Separate toilet, bathroom with bath, shower and double sink. The entire first floor has underfloor heating and air conditioning.

Second floor:
2 spacious bedrooms, both accessible via a private stairwell with private bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. 3rd and 4th bedroom with bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.
Technical room, laundry room and storage room. Also, the entire second floor has underfloor heating and air conditioning.

The coach house (82m²) with mezzanine and loft, double entrance doors and 2 extra (passing) doors, has a kitchen with Boretti stove, toilet and a shower. The ground floor has a home cinema, is equipped with disco lights and is multifunctional (can be used as a workspace, party room, studio and/or workshops). On the mezzanine, a former hayloft, is a bedroom. The coach house has a courtyard, is accessible from the Voorstraat with its own entrance gate and can therefore be used as a completely separate residential unit.

The fully equipped separate Gym, with high-quality fitness equipment from Technogym, is located on the right side of the house and is also accessible from the Voorstraat with its own entrance gate.

This is a unique opportunity to live in a stately monumental mansion that exudes class and grandeur. The location is also unique; in the middle of the beautiful old village centre of Noordwijk Binnen, with its protected townscape, restaurants, the attractive shopping area and of course the sea, dunes, beach and forest are within walking distance.
