For this former office building, Livable is looking for 3 or 4 people who enjoy adventurous living. You will be living on the basis of a temporary resident agreement (anti-squatting) in an office space where you can set up your own living and bedroom. On the ground floor, there is space for a communal kitchen and living room. For the living spaces, you will pay a temporary resident fee of €230 per month. Additionally, you will share the kitchen, toilet, and shower with other residents.

Conditions
To qualify for living space through Livable, you must meet the following requirements:

• At least 18 years old;
• Demonstrable stable income (salary, student funding);
• Be insured for health and liability;
• Legally residing in the Netherlands, and any residence permit must be valid for at least three years;
• Be flexible, presentable, and responsible;
• Have a sufficient command of the Dutch language;
• Have no minor children living with you;*
• Have no pets.
• Due to the temporary nature of the housing, we unfortunately cannot accommodate families with children.

Who are we looking for

For this project, we are looking for several candidates who will each have access to their own space that can be divided into a living and sleeping area.
