How we operate
A1 Apartment Services operates on a no cure no pay basis. If you are considering renting out your house, contact us to make an appointment without any obligations. During the consultation at your house you will have every opportunity to make your wishes known and we will assist you with tips and advice. If you instruct us to rent out your house, photos can be taken immediately for publication if necessary.
We get to work for you right away. We provide a reliable tenant, organise the payments and take care of the maintenance. We will even supervise the tenant moving into and “checking out” of the house.
Renting out your house will indeed prove to be financially profitable. For our assistance in finding a tenant, only 4% of the rental price over the total contract period will be charged. The minimum charge is € 125.
Intermediation and management
If you would like us not only to intermediate but also to manage your property during the tenancy period, a total charge of 6% over the total contract period will be charged, with a minimum of € 150. These amounts exclude 19% VAT. There are no other costs.

No lugging heavy furniture around, just enjoy it right away. The rent for furnished accommodation also starts at € 800per month.
Our rates and conditions
For housing with a tenancy agreement of up to 3 months, we charge 1/3 of one month's rent. For tenancy agreements of 4 to 6 months, we charge a commission of half a month's rent. If you are renting for more than 6 months, the commission is 1 month's rent. A surcharge of 19% VAT applies to all amounts
Deposit or bank guarantee
If you rent accommodation you must pay a deposit or a give a bank guarantee when you sign the tenancy agreement. This sum remains in the possession of the landlord. When the tenancy agreement ends, you will get this sum back provided you have fulfilled all the obligations arising from the tenancy agreement. Identification When you sign a tenancy agreement, we will ask you for a copy of your driving licence or passport and for an employer's statement or payslip.
