Ai margini del bellissimo villaggio di Muiderberg si trova questa casa centrale spaziosa, recentemente ammodernata, con giardino anteriore, giardino sul retro e capanno.
La casa si trova nel quartiere Buitendijke e ha davanti una vista libera sul verde (senza edifici). In un minuto a piedi si raggiunge la diga (con spiaggia attrezzata e stabilimento balneare) con una bellissima vista sull'IJmeer.
Nelle immediate vicinanze, nel Naarderbos, c'è un porto turistico con un bel ristorante, il Porterhouse.
Nel pittoresco centro storico del paese, con il Brink circondato da alberi secolari, ci sono un supermercato Spar, un forno caldo e una macelleria. Inoltre due ristoranti e un caffè alla moda.
Ci sono due scuole elementari, società di tennis, hockey e calcio. C'è anche un maneggio e un centro di sport acquatici per velisti o (kite)surfisti.
Le vicine autostrade A6 e A1 ti portano in un attimo ad Amsterdam (15 min), Hilversum (10 min) o Utrecht (25 min). L'autobus, che ferma praticamente davanti alla tua nuova casa, ti porta alla stazione di Naarden-Bussum o Weesp.
La stazione di Almere-Poort dista 7 minuti in auto, da lì si raggiunge la Stazione Centrale di Amsterdam in 15 minuti.

In the picturesque old village center with the Brink surrounded by ancient trees, there is a Spar supermarket, a bakery and a butcher. Furthermore, two restaurants and a hip coffee shop.
There are two primary schools, tennis, hockey and football clubs. There is also a riding school and a water sports center for sailors or (kite) surfers.
The nearby highways of the A6 and A1 will take you to Amsterdam (15 min), Hilversum (10 min) or Utrecht (25 min) in no time. The bus, which stops practically in front of your new house, will take you to Naarden-Bussum or Weesp train station.
Almere-Poort station is 7 minutes by car, from where you travel to Amsterdam Central Station in 15 minutes.
