We also screen tenants thoroughly using the latest systems, including a digital Home Dossier with connections to the BKR (Credit Registration Office), MijnOverheid (My Government), EDR (Electrical Registration Office), and an international tenant blacklist.

Our real estate agency is affiliated with VastgoedNederland, the association of real estate agents and appraisers. An active trade association with over 2,200 committed business owners. To be a member of VastgoedNederland, real estate agents must possess the correct qualifications, maintain their knowledge, and, of course, be certified. Thanks to several knowledge sessions throughout the year and mandatory Continuing Education, we stay up-to-date on the real estate and housing market, ensuring we can offer our clients the quality and service they expect. VastgoedNederland members have access to a database of historical and current property information. This information ensures that a VBO-certified real estate agent can provide you with sound, substantiated advice.
