About Woonruimte Utrecht
We have been letting and managing residential properties in Utrecht and the surrounding area since 2010. We keep communication straightforward and set out agreements clearly, so you know what to expect.
How it works
Create an account on our website, complete your profile and apply for a property that suits you. Each listing explains the relevant requirements and how viewings are arranged.
The final allocation is decided by a random draw among applicants with a Premium profile who meet the requirements. A Premium profile does not guarantee that you will be offered a home.
The tenancy agreement
Before entering into a tenancy agreement, we check the necessary information, including your identity and income. We will let you know which documents are required.
If the property is allocated to you, we prepare the tenancy agreement digitally. It sets out the agreed start date, rent, any service charges, security deposit and other terms.
What does it cost?
Creating an account, browsing listings and applying are free. A Premium profile is required to take part in the final draw. Premium costs €19.95 per year and does not renew automatically.
The first rent payment and the agreed security deposit are due before the keys are handed over. At the end of the tenancy, the deposit is refunded, less any deductions permitted by law.
