The house has a perfect location, just a few minutes by bike from Strijp-S train station, about 10 minutes by bike to the city centre, and around 15 minutes to TU/e and Fontys.

Costs:
- Rent is €896 per month
- €100 advance for service costs (gas, water, electricity, internet) per month
- €25 advance for municipal taxes per month
- Total costs per month: €1021
- The deposit is two months' rent: €1792
