Contract & Conditions

This is a temporary rental contract until end of summer 2027, available exclusively for students who are moving to Eindhoven to study. You qualify if you are currently living and registered in another Dutch municipality, or if you are coming from abroad to study in Eindhoven. You must not yet be registered in Eindhoven.

Already registered in Eindhoven? You do not qualify.

Contract and rent start from 1 June – move-in after this date is possible, but does not change the start date.

Non-students or students already registered in Eindhoven will not receive a reply.
