For room rentals, we always require a deposit of 2 months and a guarantee from the parents.

Layout:
On the ground floor, you enter through a covered entrance. Adjacent to it is the hallway that provides access to the staircase to the living area on the first floor. The integral garage has two opening doors and offers sufficient space for parking bicycles. In the garage/storage, you will also find the installation area for the geyser and the washing machine connection.

At the back of the house, you will find a spacious hobby room with access to the garden. This is a sunny backyard located to the west. On the first floor, there is a bright and spacious garden-oriented living room. The living room can be well arranged and can be closed off for more privacy.
