- Students from outside Gouda, who will live closer to their studies due to this accommodation (You must provide proof by means of a study enrollment) (Persons who want to live temporarily in another municipality in the Netherlands for their studies or are from abroad and studying in the Netherlands)
- Urgent housing seekers (urgent declaration required, which must be provided by the municipality of Gouda)
- Parents who have recently separated, who will live closer to each other and their children due to this accommodation (recent separation involving children, proof from the court or similar must be provided)
Tenants wishing to qualify for this rental property must provide proof that they meet the specified requirements.
The room:
On Sint Anthoniestraat, this bright room is located on the first floor of the building. The room has two windows at the front, providing pleasant light.
The entrance of the building is located in the alley on the side of the building. Upon entering, you directly enter the staircase to the first floor, where the room is located. On this floor, you will also find the bathroom and a separate toilet, which are shared with three other residents.
The room comes with its own kitchenette upon entry and also has its own sink. With an area of approximately 27.4 m², this room offers plenty of space for comfortable living.

SELECTION PROCEDURE:

The tenant must complete and successfully pass this screening, finishing with 5 stars, the best score in our screening tool (Properize). The decision to rent the property to candidates is at the complete discretion of the property owner. If multiple candidates successfully pass the screening, the choice will be based on income, screening results, and the personal situation of the tenant. You have the opportunity as a tenant to explain your personal situation during the screening.
Candidates who do not receive the property after screening have the right to further explanation and can of course see the screening report.
PLEASE NOTE: Rotsvast represents the interests of the owner, who has an interest in renting out on the available date. Once a screening has been fully completed, Rotsvast will immediately propose a file to the owner. If a file has already been accepted, files that are fully submitted thereafter will no longer be taken into account in the process. It is the responsibility of candidate tenants to provide a complete file as soon as possible. Rotsvast will not actively inform tenants about the progress of the ongoing screening process of other candidate tenants.
