The decision to rent the home to candidates is entirely up to the owner of the property. If multiple candidates successfully pass the screening, the decision will be based on income, screening, as well as the personal situation of the tenant. You as a tenant have the opportunity to explain your personal situation during the screening.

Candidates who are not assigned the home after screening are entitled to further explanation and may, of course, view the screening report.
