Note: the rooms are temporarily available for a period of 1 year.

Location:
The Korrewegwijk is a cozy neighborhood, close to the Noorderplantsoen. In the immediate vicinity, you will find a Jumbo supermarket for your daily groceries. Additionally, the city center is just a 5-minute bike ride away, making shops, cafés, and restaurants easily accessible.

Layout:
Upon entering, you access the shared hallway, which leads to the shared living room. There is also a separate toilet in the hallway. The living room connects to the kitchen and provides access to the spacious backyard. The kitchen is equipped with a hood, induction cooktop, combination oven, and refrigerator. The common areas are shared with two roommates. On the first floor, you will find the bathroom and the respective rooms, each with an area of approximately 6 m².

Rent and deposit:
The rent for room 3 is €340,- (excluding).
The rent for room 4 is €340,- (excluding).
Tenants are responsible for signing contracts for other utilities.
Note: for room rental, it is not possible to apply for housing allowance.
The deposit is one month's rent.

Availability and rental period:
The rooms are immediately available. The rental agreement is entered into for a rental period of 1 year.
