The kitchen features a spacious kitchen used by a total of 3 residents. On the top floor, there is a bathroom shared with the entire house. There is a separate toilet available. The room is located on the second floor, has an area of approximately 9m2, and includes a private sink.

Rent and deposit:
The rent is €375,- excluding. The deposit is one month's rent. Please note: for room rentals, it is not possible to apply for housing benefits.

The tenants are responsible for signing contracts for the other utilities themselves.

Availability and rental period:
The room is available from 01-04-2026. The rental agreement is entered into for an indefinite period.
