The Korrewegwijk is a pleasant neighborhood, close to the Noorderplantsoen. In the immediate vicinity, you will find, among other things, a Jumbo supermarket for daily groceries. In addition, the city center is just a 5-minute bike ride away, making shops, cafes, and restaurants easily accessible.

Layout:
Upon entering, you enter the shared hallway, which provides access to the shared living room. There is also a separate toilet in the hallway. The spacious backyard is accessible from the living room. The kitchen is equipped with an extractor hood, induction hob, combination oven, and refrigerator. The bedroom, with an area of 13.48 m², is located on the ground floor. The bathroom is located on the first floor. The common areas are shared with two other residents.

Rent and deposit:
The rent for the room is €647.00 (excluding utilities). The tenant is responsible for setting up contracts for the other utilities themselves.
Please note: it is not possible to apply for rent allowance (huurtoeslag) for room rentals.
The deposit is one month's rent.

Availability and rental period:
The room is available from 01-08-2026. The rental agreement is for a fixed term from 01-08-2026 to 30-06-2027.
