As of 01-07-2026, a student room will be available at Zonnelaan ****** in Groningen.

Location:
The room is located in the Paddepoel-Noord district. The property is within walking and cycling distance of the Paddepoel shopping center and the Zernike Campus. Additionally, the center of Groningen is only a 10-minute bike ride away.

Layout:
The room is located on the second floor and has an area of approximately 12 m². The kitchen and bathroom are shared with three female and male housemates. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, induction cooktop, and combination oven/microwave. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and sink.

Rent:
The rent is €558 per month, including an advance payment of €80 for gas, water, electricity, and internet.
The deposit amounts to one month's rent.
Note: no housing allowance is possible for room rentals!

Availability and rental period:
The room will be available from 01-07-2026. The rental agreement will be for an indefinite period.
