Through the hall, you enter the student house that you share with 3 female housemates. The shared kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooker, a built-in oven-microwave, and all the conveniences you need. The bathroom is also well-equipped. Additionally, there is a large communal balcony where you can sit and enjoy with your housemates. The room is 15.5 m² and has its own balcony.

Rent and deposit:
The rent is €715,- including an advance of €75,- for gas, water, and electricity. The deposit is one month's rent. Note: for room rentals, it is not possible to apply for housing allowance.

Availability and rental period:
The room is available immediately. The lease agreement will be established for an indefinite period.
