The shared kitchen is spacious and equipped with all necessary appliances such as a refrigerator, combination oven-microwave, and 4 gas burners. You share the common areas with 3 male and 2 female housemates.

Rent and deposit:
The rent is €550 per month, including an advance of €75 for gas, water, electricity, internet, and TV. The security deposit is one month's rent.
