The bathroom is located on the first floor and is equipped with a shower and a sink with the corresponding cabinet. Room 1 (photos 2 and 3) has a size of 13.82 m² and is on the ground floor. Room 2+2A (photos 4 and 5) has an area of 12m² (6.5m² + 5.5m²). Finally, the property also has both a front and back garden, including a storage room.
Rent and deposit:
The rent for room 1 is € 710,- per month, including an advance payment of €75,- for gas, water, electricity, and internet.
