Location:
The rooms are located in the Paddepoel district. The house is within walking and cycling distance of Paddepoel shopping center and the Zernike Campus. Moreover, the center of Groningen is only 10 minutes by bike.

Layout:
Upon entering the house, you enter the hall, which gives access to the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with various appliances, including a gas stove, refrigerator, extractor hood, and dishwasher. From the kitchen, you have access to the backyard, which also has a storage room of approximately 8 m². Additionally, there is a separate toilet on the ground floor. On the first floor, there is the first room of approximately 6 m² (photos 2, 3 and 4), the second room of approximately 11 m² (photos 5, 6 and 7), the third room of approximately 11 m² (photos 8, 9 and 10), and the fourth room of approximately 7 m² (photos 11, 12 and 13). The bathroom is also located on this floor. It has an area of approximately 5 m² and is equipped with a bathtub, shower, and sink. The fifth room, with an area of approximately 16 m², is located on the second floor (photos 14, 15 and 16).

Rent and deposit:
The rent for room 1 is €539.99 per month, excluding service costs. The tenant is responsible for concluding contracts for the other utilities themselves.
The rent for room 2 is €616.58 per month, excluding service costs. The tenant is responsible for concluding contracts for the other utilities themselves.
The rent for room 3 is €616.58 per month, excluding service costs. The tenant is responsible for concluding contracts for the other utilities themselves.
The rent for room 4 is €550.19 per month, excluding service costs. The tenant is responsible for concluding contracts for the other utilities themselves.
The rent for room 5 is €664.02 per month, excluding service costs. The tenant is responsible for concluding contracts for the other utilities themselves.
The deposit is one month's rent. Note: it is not possible to apply for rent subsidy for room rental.

Availability and rental period:
The rooms are available immediately. The rental agreement is for an indefinite period.
