Layout:
Upon entering, you will find yourself in the hallway, which provides access to all rooms and shared spaces. The kitchen, bathroom, toilet, and large rooftop terrace are shared with four other female housemates. The room has an area of approximately 17 m² and is located on the second floor.

Rent and deposit:
The rent for the room is €695,- including an advance of €60,- for gas, water, electricity, and internet. The deposit amounts to one month’s rent. Please note: it is not possible to apply for housing allowance for room rental.

Availability and rental period:
The room will be available from 01-05-2026. The rental agreement is for an indefinite period.
