You enter the shared hallway, which provides access to the shared living room with open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a hood, gas stove, combi oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The toilet is located in the hallway. On the second floor, there is a bathroom equipped with a bath, shower, sink, and toilet. The communal areas are shared with four female flatmates. The room is located on the second floor and has an area of approximately 15 m².

Rent and deposit:
The rent is €595 per month, excluding service costs. The tenant is responsible for signing contracts for other utilities.
The security deposit amounts to one month's rent. Please note: it is not possible to apply for rent allowance for room rentals.
