Within a few minutes by bike, you can reach the Grote Markt and the city center of Groningen.

Layout:
Through the entrance, you reach the first floor. Here are room 1 and room 2, as well as the shared kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all conveniences, including an oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator. From the kitchen, you have access to the spacious roof terrace. There is also a separate toilet on this floor. On the second floor, there are rooms 3 and 4. Here you will also find the bathroom, which is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet. The common areas are shared with three female housemates.

Rent and deposit:
