You enter the shared hallway, which gives access to the communal kitchen, equipped with an extractor hood, gas hob, oven, and dishwasher, as well as to the living room of approximately 22 m² and the toilet. The bedrooms are located on the second floor. Room 3 is approximately 6 m². Finally, there is a bathroom of about 3 m², equipped with a shower and a sink.

Rent and deposit:
The rent for the room is €525 per month, including an advance payment of €75 for gas, water, and electricity.
The deposit is one month's rent. No housing allowance is possible for room rentals.
