Location:
The rooms are located on Peizerweg. In the immediate vicinity, various amenities can be found, including a Plus supermarket, a restaurant, and a gym. The center of Groningen is only a 2 to 3-minute bike ride away. Additionally, both Hanze University and the University of Groningen are easily accessible by bike.

Layout:
Upon entering, you enter the hall, which provides access to all rooms and the common areas. The house is currently shared with a male housemate. The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and a combination oven/microwave. The bathroom is located on the second floor and includes a shower, toilet, a multi-person sink, and a vanity. The rooms are on the first floor and have areas of 16.92 m² and 23.74 m², respectively.

Rent and deposit:
The rent for room 1 & 1A is €725, including an advance of €100 for gas, water, electricity, and internet. The security deposit is one month's rent. Please note: for room rentals, it is not possible to apply for housing benefit.

Availability and rental period:
The rooms are available immediately. The rental agreement is for an indefinite period.
