Location:
The room is located in the Oost-Indische Buurt. Within walking distance is the Floresplein, where, among other things, an Albert Heijn is located. The center of Groningen can be reached within about ten minutes by bike.

Layout:
Upon entering, you arrive in the hall, which provides access to all rooms of the house. On the first floor are the first and second rooms. Room 1 has an area of approximately 17 m² (photo 2 and 3) and room 2 has an area of approximately 11 m² (photo 4 and 5). On this floor is also the shared kitchen. From the kitchen, you have access to the balcony of approximately 6 m². There is also a separate toilet on this floor. The bathroom is located on the second floor. The kitchen, toilet, and bathroom have all been recently renovated.

Rental price:
The rental price of room 1 is €750 per month, including an advance payment of €100 for gas, water, electricity, internet, and TV.
The rental price of room 2 is €585 per month, including an advance payment of €100 for gas, water, electricity, internet, and TV.
The deposit is one month's rent.
Please note: it is not possible to apply for rent allowance for room rentals.

Availability and rental period:
The rooms are available immediately. The rental agreement is entered into for an indefinite period.
