You reach the entrance on the first floor via the porch stairs. On this floor, all common amenities are available, including the kitchen, the bathroom, and two balconies. These spaces are shared with three other roommates. The second floor has two rooms with a usable area of 9.95 m² and 10.99 m², respectively. Both rooms are also equipped with a private sink.
