A beautifully renovated and fully furnished studio of 16 m² on the ground floor. It is a small, efficiently laid-out space, suitable for one person. The studio is conveniently located near the main roads, IKEA and other international companies. The TU campus and the centre of Delft are within walking distance. Nearby you will find plenty of supermarkets, cosy cafés and restaurants.

The studio has high ceilings, giving it a spacious feel, and a wooden floor. There is a kitchen with 2 hobs and an extractor hood, a fridge and a toaster. The bathroom with toilet is a separate room. The high-quality sofa bed makes efficient use of the available space. A combined washer-dryer is located in the shared hallway, which you share with one other occupant.

**Terms and house rules**

Suitable for one person only. Out of consideration for the other residents and given the nature of the building, the following rules apply:

- No smoking, no pets
- Quiet in and around the building from 10 p.m.
- No parties or gatherings with more than 2 guests
- No short stays or subletting (no Airbnb)
