For a rental period of 6 months, the rental price is €1250 per month. For shorter rental periods, the price will be agreed upon depending on the duration of stay. Please let us know from which date until which date you would like to rent the studio.

The studio is equipped with a dining table and chairs, a boxspring bed (120x200), and a luxurious kitchen. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave/grill, induction cooking plates, cutlery, and crockery. The studio also features a huge wardrobe and a luxurious bathroom with rain shower, toilet, and sink.

The Lage Barakken building is located in the popular Wyck district, only 300 meters from Maastricht Central Station.
