AVAILABILITY & RENTAL PERIOD

The tenancy agreement is for an indefinite period, provided that you remain enrolled as a student. The notice period is one calendar month.

RENT & SECURITY DEPOSIT

The rent is exclusive of gas, water, and electricity. The tenant is responsible for arranging their own contracts with an energy and water supplier. TV, internet, and municipal taxes are also at the tenant's expense.

The service costs for the maintenance and use of the communal areas amount to €50 per month.

The security deposit is equal to one month's gross rent. The deposit will be refunded once the studio has been returned to the landlord in at least the same condition as it was at the start of the tenancy.

HOUSING ALLOWANCE

This studio meets the requirements for applying for Dutch housing allowance (huurtoeslag). It has private facilities, including its own bathroom, toilet, and kitchen, and the basic rent falls below the housing allowance threshold.

This modern studio is located on the top floor of the student complex "De Fabriek" on Hoogstraat in Zwolle. The building was completed only a few years ago, meaning the property is in excellent condition.

The complex is situated in the Kamperpoort district, a vibrant neighborhood that has undergone significant redevelopment in recent years. Zwolle's lively city centre, the popular city beach, and Pathé Cinema can all be reached within just a few minutes by bike or on foot. Zwolle Central Station is approximately 5 minutes away by bicycle.

The studio features a private kitchen and a separate bathroom equipped with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. There is also a shared laundry room with washing machines and dryers, which is shared with the other residents. The cost of using the laundry facilities is approximately €3.80 per wash or drying cycle. Please note that there is no washing machine connection inside the studio.
