Our brand new student complex in Rijswijk, near Delft, offers just what you need! The location is just a short bike or bus ride of about 40 minutes to TU Delft, ideal for students looking for a quiet but easily accessible living environment!

These studios are only suitable for students and PhD students. Unfortunately, you are not eligible for rent allowance for these studios. We offer a 2 types of contracts: a campus contract that is valid for a minimum of 12 months and continues as long as you are a student, or a short-stay contract with a maximum duration of 6 months and a minimum duration of 1 month.

We have 136 rooms spread across several flats. Each room shares a bathroom, which is cleaned once a week, a kitchen with microwave and a communal laundry room with 14-16 fellow residents. Perfect for shared meals and building new friendships!

Good to know is that each room is furnished with a single bed, desk + chair, dining table + 2 chairs, wardrobe, a fridge with freezer compartment and Wi-Fi access is available throughout the complex. Please note that bedding, crockery and kitchenware are not included.

There are several communal areas where you can study, relax or socialise and a large communal outdoor area set up as a garden where you can enjoy the outdoors, study outside or take part in cosy barbecues and events.

The fixed rent includes: water, electricity, heating and, of course, internet. Within office hours, a caretaker is present several days a week. Reachability in case of emergency is 24/7.
