To qualify for this rental property, the landlord sets several income requirements. These are as follows:

- In the case of 2 incomes (from you and your partner), the lowest income may be counted for 50%. The highest income may be fully counted. The total amount must also be at least 3.5x the rent;

- If you are retired, the sum of AOW and any net pension must be at least 3x the rent;

In addition to the income requirements, the following rental conditions apply:
