If you want to live in this house, your gross (combined) monthly income must be at least €5,580.00, whereby any second income of your partner is counted for half.

Security deposit

Long-term rental

We focus exclusively on long-term rentals. This means that any rental agreement will always be concluded for an indefinite period with a minimum duration of three years.
