Residence Gerlachus is the starting point for pleasant aging. You can live here fully independently, but there is a safety net available whenever needed or desired. This way, you are well prepared for the future.

ABOUT THE APARTMENT

The 3-room apartment has a practical layout. Through the entrance hall, you enter the cozy living room with a modern and comfortably furnished open kitchen. The large windows allow you to enjoy a particularly beautiful view of the Jekerdal and the city. The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, extractor hood, combi oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher. In Residence Gerlachus, you live on the edge of the city, by the charming Jekerdal. The rolling hills and vineyards make you feel like you are in France. In ten minutes, you can walk from the building to the historic city center of Maastricht, with countless cozy terraces, restaurants, and shops. Additionally, Residence Gerlachus is easily accessible by public transport. The building has two main entrances, one on Bieslanderweg and one on Cannerweg. There is a bus stop near each entrance.

LIVING AND WELL-BEING
