The former care center Sint Gerlachus has been completely renovated into Residence Gerlachus. The building features 130 beautiful apartments, ranging in size from 55 to 104 m². You can live here wonderfully: fully independently, but with the assurance of care. The entire building is wheelchair accessible. The hallways are equipped with automatic doors, and the apartments are threshold-free. There are various spaces for storing and charging mobility scooters.
Residence Gerlachus is the starting point for pleasant aging. You can live here fully independently, but there is a safety net available whenever needed or desired. This way, you are well prepared for the future.
ABOUT THE APARTMENT
The 3-room apartment has a practical layout. Through the entrance hall, you enter the cozy living room with a modern and comfortably furnished open kitchen. The large windows allow you to enjoy a particularly beautiful view of the Jekerdal and the city. The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, extractor hood, combi oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Through French doors, you can access the spacious, sunny balcony (4 by 2.5 meters) from the living room. A lovely place for a cup of coffee!

- Each rental agreement includes a mandatory Zeker Thuis subscription. This gives you access to a basic package of care and services from Envida. If you require additional guidance, support, and/or care, your package can be easily expanded in consultation with Envida, based on your needs.
ABOUT THE LOCATION
In Residence Gerlachus, you live on the edge of the city, by the charming Jekerdal. The rolling hills and vineyards make you feel like you are in France. In ten minutes, you can walk from the building to the historic city center of Maastricht, with countless cozy terraces, restaurants, and shops. Additionally, Residence Gerlachus is easily accessible by public transport. The building has two main entrances, one on Bieslanderweg and one on Cannerweg. There is a bus stop near each entrance.
LIVING AND WELL-BEING
In Residence Gerlachus, you can live well with communal facilities. You can enjoy a pleasant walk in the beautifully landscaped courtyard. Various facilities have also been established on the ground floor, such as Huiskamer Jekerdal, Brasserie de Gerlachkamer, and physiotherapy practice Hemelers-Heijboer.
