Layout

This apartment consists of two floors and is accessible both via an external staircase and from the hall of De Overleekerhoeve. It is a bright and fresh apartment with a beautiful view over the fields and towards nearby Monnickendam.

Upon entering, you arrive in the cozy eat-in kitchen. The kitchen is compact but practically equipped and features a refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, two-burner electric stove, extractor hood, sink, and ample cabinet space with kitchen utensils. The cable TV is also located in this room. On the same floor is the private bathroom, with a toilet, washbasin with cabinet, and a spacious shower area. Via the stairs you reach the hayloft, where two comfortable beds are placed. There is also enough space here to create a small living or study area.

Shared washing machine available.

The rental price is based on occupancy by 2 persons. For each additional person, €100 per month will be added to the rent.

The Overleekerhoeve

The holiday home is part of a characteristic longhouse farm with a working dairy farm, located between Monnickendam and Ilpendam. Here neat and well-maintained holiday homes are rented for temporary stays. The atmosphere is calm, rural, and friendly, with space and privacy for residents.

Surroundings

Behind the farm lies a jetty at the nature reserve Het Varkensland, which you can beautifully explore by boat, bike or on foot. The area is known for picturesque villages such as Edam, Volendam, Marken and Monnickendam, where shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and daily facilities can be found.

Amsterdam is approximately 15–20 minutes away:

• By car the distance is about 17–20 km
