  • If purchased property, assignment confirmation from realtor regarding the sale of the home including expected yield; or if your property has been sold: first 2 pages of the (draft) purchase agreement;
  • Last annual statement from the mortgage lender;
  • Divorce agreement, if applicable;
  • Proof of own equity.

If you are employed, we kindly request that you include the following documents with your completed registration form:

  • Employer's statement (not older than 1 month), if applicable with intention statement;
  • Copy of the last 3 payslips with account number;
  • Copy of bank statements of the last 3 salary deposits;
  • A copy of the bank card/debit card of the same account number as the bank statements.

If you are self-employed, we kindly request that you include the following documents with your completed registration form:

  • Extract from the Chamber of Commerce (not older than 1 month);
  • Accountant's reports from the past two years (signed by an accountant or bookkeeper);
  • Copy of the last income/corporate tax return (IB60);
  • Copy of business account bank statement (not older than 1 month);
  • Copy of the associated bank card / debit card;
