The lovely furnished apartment is situated in an old building (built in 1946) of which the old tiles are present in the stairwell. On the 1st floor you step into the apartment. In the neat hall is a hood stop and a small closet, toilet with washbasin. From the hall you enter the bright and stunning living room. A grand corner sofa is placed in the living area with a salon table, TV (TV ‘’Samsung Frame’’ - connected to internet for streaming, which is attached to the wall and can be moved to watch from the sofa) and a wooden cabinet in which you can place your personal belongings. The electric fire place makes this area cozy in the cold winter months. The dining area has a large table with four chairs and there is also a bookcase present here. Due to it’s large windows; there is a lot of natural daylight here. The well-equipped kitchen is accessible via the hall. The kitchen has built-in appliances such as a gas hob with extractor, fridge, freezer, oven, magnetron and enough cabins to store your dishware and food supplies. There is a second (larger) freezer downstairs next to the washing machine, in the storage space).

De keuken heeft inbouwapparatuur zoals een gaskookplaat met afzuigkap, koelkast, vriezer, oven, magnetron en genoeg kastjes om je servies en etensvoorraad in op te bergen. Er is een tweede (grotere) vriezer beneden naast de wasmachine, in de bergruimte).

De grote slaapkamer is ingericht met een kingsize bed, een nachtkastje en een mooi make-uptafeltje. In twee inbouwkasten kun je je kleding opbergen en er is een mooie ladekast aanwezig. Via een deur kom je op het balkon; ideaal om 's ochtends te genieten van je koffie of 's avonds van een glas wijn. De tweede kamer is ingericht als kantoor aan huis; en hier is ook een kast aanwezig; ideaal voor het opbergen van bijvoorbeeld je seizoenskleding. Ook via deze kamer kom je op het balkon. De badkamer is netjes; hij heeft een inloopdouche en een wastafel. Boven een spiegel met kastjes en beneden is er ook een kast; genoeg opbergruimte voor je verzorgingsproducten.
