Weena 255 is an apartment with large windows featuring a main bedroom, a smaller bedroom,

and an office. The 107 m² home was renovated in 2022 and finished with luxury details such as

a Quooker in the kitchen, luxaflex blinds, and handmade tiles. Despite the central location, it is

remarkably quiet on the 23rd floor with the windows closed; you hear nothing from outside and

nothing from the neighbors.

Living room and dining room: Upon entering the home, you walk right into the open kitchen,

dining room, and living room. The entire house features high-quality laminate flooring that is

scratch-resistant and waterproof. The living room has a built-in projector, which can stay behind

upon agreement. Additionally, picture rails are installed in multiple places to easily hang art on

the walls.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped and everything was replaced during the 2022 renovation.

Permissions

Rental always takes place subject to approval from the mortgage company and obtaining a permit from the municipality.

Conditions regarding house hold income

To meet the income requirement, your net income will need to be approx. 3 times the rental price. Any other payment commitments (for example debt collection agency) will be deducted from the house hold income. Another possibility to meet this requirement is to pay a higher deposit.
