The warehouse has been restored to a high standard and comprises 15 unique residences on 3 floors, and there is a lift available. The look & feel of the warehouse has been completely returned to its authentic state, but the amenities and finishing are fully modern with a luxurious finish. The industrial roots of the Zaan region combined with luxurious living.
With a magical view of the Zaan, the apartment is a wonderful place to stay. In the spring and summer, you can open the balcony doors and bring the outside in. In short, an idyllic home with a rooftop terrace right on the Zaan and opposite the center of Wormerveer.

The warehouse apartments are fully furnished for occupancy by 1 or 2 people. You will feel at home immediately due to the carefully selected furniture.
All units in the warehouse are independent 2-room apartments with a spacious bathroom, living room with fully equipped kitchen, and a separate toilet. Naturally, each apartment is equipped with modern amenities such as high-speed Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, and a washing machine/dryer.

We believe that wonderful luxurious living does not have to come at the expense of the earth. Therefore, our apartments are built and furnished with a strong focus on sustainability and circularity.

The apartments are available for short stays, which means you can rent from us from one day to a maximum of six months. If you are still looking for a home after that, we probably have something available in one of our other warehouses for a new unique experience.

Rental price: EUR 1,875 per month, including VAT, excluding utility costs.
