2. Assessment:
   Applications are assessed based on the registration or initial telephone contact. Based on this, an initial selection for viewing takes place.

3. Viewing:
   Selected candidates must submit the requested data and documents by email.

4. Selection & Allocation:
   The property will be allocated to the first candidate who best meets the tenant profile and financial criteria. Non-selected candidates will be informed.

5. Rental:
   Upon mutual agreement, the rental agreement will be drawn up and the rental period will commence.

Rental Price:
€ 2,200 per month excluding service costs.

Service Costs:
The service costs are € 70 per month for:

• Cleaning of the stairwell;
• Periodic maintenance and cleaning of the central heating boiler
• Electricity supply for and daily maintenance of lighting in the common areas, doorbells, door opener, and door phone/intercom system;
• Glass breakage related to the building glass in the facades and entrance;
• Maintenance of external sunshades;
• Administrative work related to the additional supplies and services, up to a maximum of 5% of the invoice amount.
