To qualify for this rental property, the landlord sets several income requirements. These are as follows:
- In the case of 1 income, your income must be at least 3.5x the rent. Any fixed allowances such as vacation pay, year-end bonuses, etc. may be included;
- In the case of 2 incomes (from you and your partner), the lowest income may be counted for 50%. The highest income may be fully counted. The total amount must also be at least 3.5x the rent;
- If you are employed, you must have at least a fixed-term employment contract (year contract with intention declaration) or an indefinite contract. Casual, temporary, or flexible contracts will not be considered;
- If you are retired, the sum of AOW and any net pension must be at least 3x the rent;
- If you are a self-employed person, entrepreneur, or director-major shareholder, you must have a demonstrable net profit for tax purposes of at least 4x the rent. You must also have been an entrepreneur for at least one full financial year;

In addition to the income requirements, the following rental conditions apply:
- The minimum rental period is 12 months. After that, the rental agreement can be terminated at the end of the following month +1 month;
