For students, this can be a nice solution to still be close to their studies or work! You will receive a contract for a maximum of 24 months.

Apartment
The apartments have an average area of 61 m2 and consist of 3 rooms, of which 2 are bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a toilet. The apartments are located in a porch flat, which means that they can be accessed through a shared entrance and stairs. The price is exclusive of gas/water/electricity and service costs.

Surroundings
The homes are located on a main road with ample parking possibilities. Furthermore, the city center is nearby at 1.6 km distance, and there are many diverse amenities in the area. There is a bus stop, park, and supermarket in the immediate vicinity. Conditions
To be eligible for housing, you must meet the following requirements:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You are a student who does not live in the municipality of The Hague.
• Insured for liability;
• Lawfully residing in the Netherlands, and any residence permit must be valid for at least three more years;
• Flexible and representative, with a sense of responsibility;
• Able to provide a fallback address if the housing ends;
• Sufficient command of the Dutch language;
• No pets;
• No minor children residing.
