Layout
You access the entrance on the first floor via the stairwell. On this floor, you will find the shared facilities, including the kitchen, bathroom, and two balconies. You share these amenities with three housemates. On the second floor are two rooms (room 2 and 3). The rooms have an area of 10.99 m² and 9.59 m² respectively and both have their own sink.

Rent and Deposit:
The basic rent for room 2 is €500 per month excluding an advance. The security deposit is one month's rent. For room rental, it is NOT possible to apply for housing benefit.
The basic rent for room 3 is €510 per month excluding an advance. The security deposit is one month's rent. For room rental, it is NOT possible to apply for housing benefit.

NOTE: The rooms are rented out exclusively. This means that tenants are responsible for arranging and paying for service costs for gas, water, electricity, internet, etc.

Availability and Rental Period:
Both rooms are available immediately. The rental agreement is entered into for an indefinite period.
