First floor apartment:
Via the staircase you reach the first floor of the apartment. Three of the four rooms are located here, including the available room. From the available room there is access to the balcony, which is shared with one other housemate. The bathroom can be accessed from the hallway and is fitted with a washbasin and a shower.
