From July 1st, a neat room will become available in a shared house on Breitnerstraat in Rotterdam. The room is part of a house shared with three other residents. The house is currently inhabited by men. Optionally, the closet and desk are available for purchase!

Conditions

This room is only available for students who are not yet registered in the municipality of Rotterdam. This is in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations for temporary rental. There is no point in applying if you do not meet the following criteria:

According to article 271, second paragraph, first sentence, of Book 7 of the Civil Code, the following categories of persons are eligible:

• Students who temporarily want to live in another municipality within the Netherlands because of their studies.
• Students who come from abroad and study in the Netherlands.

For verification, in addition to the regular documents, we request the following proof:

• A recent BRP extract (Basic Registration of Persons) to verify the current place of residence.
• Proof of enrollment at a (higher) school or university.

The selection procedure is carried out on the basis of the Guidelines for the Selection Procedure of New Tenants and the Good Landlord Act, prepared by the ROZ.

Scheduling a viewing by phone is not possible

The house has a shared kitchen, bathroom, and toilet. Additionally, there are laundry facilities available. All amenities are shared with the other residents, making it a suitable home for students looking for a social living environment.

Breitnerstraat is located in a lively and central neighborhood in Rotterdam, with various amenities in the immediate vicinity. Supermarkets, shops, and restaurants are within walking distance. Furthermore, the house is conveniently located near public transport, making universities and colleges easily accessible.

Conditions:

• Rent: € 630.00 per month
• Advance service costs (municipal charges): € 19.08 per month

Total payable to the landlord: € 649.08 per month.

Additionally, the residents mutually cover the costs of gas, water, electricity, internet, and television. The current share for these costs is approximately € 84.00 per month. These costs are not paid to the landlord.

Duration of tenancy: maximum 2 years.

This housing is exclusively available to a student.
